Weapon Firing Sound

ok im reconfiging a weapon and ive got this cool sound file, its about 1.5 secs long, but the gun fires at least 5 rounds a second how can i make it so that it doesnt wait till the sound has finished before playing it again because it sounds stupid playing the sound, fireing about 10 shots before playing the sound again,
