An Easy Way To Re-Texture BIS Models?
« on: 27 Nov 2004, 13:05:09 »
Does anyone know of an easy way to re-texture the BIS models (or any other models) without having (in O2) to do the "face Properties" and changing that - cause on complex models with loads of bends etc. that can be really hard (specifically the Civil Truck cabin)?

Using Oxygen is easy enough

If you have your replacement, and equivalent textures, prepared, then all you need to do is find the texture in the texture list that you wish to replace.

Hold down Ctrl, then double click the texture.

All faces that are using this texture will be selected.

Go to the face properties and change the path for all those faces to your replacement texture.

Very quick and easy.
