How Do You Make a Bike Wobble?

Hey guys. I was working on my latest addon (a bike--as in, bicycle) and I was trying to work out how to make it move from side to side when peddling. When I was making the anim for it, you can only animate the player on the bike, not the bike itself.

Do you know how I can overcome this problem?

Also, the peddles spin the wrong way when moving forward. Can I remedy that as well?
