Just remember, the project will go fastre if you borrow from other addons with permission.  I just wanted to say that I've been studying hard and have come up with a special forces wrap up to simplify things.

Special Forces are best explained in this order.

Rangers-  They're missions are of a clandestine nature meaning, on the hush, not everyone should know, secretive.  Also requiring smaller than your average brigade military response.  So its a special operation.  They train to go on behind enemy lines long range with little or no support, complete complicated objectives missions.  Their distinguishing factor is ready speed.  They can be ready upon short notice for emergencies, so they got this saying "Rangers lead the way".  Hardcore eyepatch wearing lost an eye before but I'm still capable of fighting rugged soldier type .....soldiers.  Standard, ready in a flash, gritty commando.  Probably carry a pager or something on them all the time.  Special Operations commandos.

Delta- Anti terrorist team, but not like the others.  Combat applications group they're called, which mean they are a group that applies the rules of combat in catching terrorists, therefore, they recruit from the most elite special forces groups so they can get people who know combat well.  No SWAT van outside with a negotiator on the bullhorn stuff.  Nope.  Forget about it.  These boys ain't negotiating.  Very classified.  Upper echelon anti terrorist unit.

Green Berets- Peace time, conflict, or war time, these guys help out by serving our third world friends defending them from harm from both deep within the opposing territory of the enemy and on friendly ground with friendly forces but without the general public ever knowing.  They provide everything from security, carrying out operations, and also some humanitarian assistance as a part of that role.  That's what they call collateral.

Navy Seals- Created as the maritime counterpart to the Green Berets.  In other words, Green Berets but the water version.  Just think Tears of the Sun.  I  Remember when Thunder Cats came out, then came that clone cartoon but they were instead based on creatures from the Sea.  Well, thats kinda how the SEALs play a part in the armed forces, as the water based unit.  Noone dares follow a SEAL into the water.

Air Force has a special operations unit also that is on the ground callin in air strikes and providing special information on possible strategic targets.  STT I think or something like that.  They're a small group, because it don't take forty men to do this, so they're a covert unit.
