How do you fix constant muzzle flash?( I am desperate for a solution)

Hi everybody

I have downloaded a few older addons including the new M82A1 but they have a constant muzzle flash.  What do I change and how do I change it?

Another very important thing: if I have to go into the config.bin file, how do I open it properly??

And please tell me how to get to the files i have to change because as you can tell, I'm not an expert at file editing or programming. :help:

An Pbo The Addon And Open TxtView And Find The Flash And Delete it Thats All LoL ;D
