Mission editor-cant find

hey. I was wondering where i can find the dowload for the mission editor upgrade with the option of many things (ie: flying, in formation ect.) I dowloaded it a long time ago and deleted it. Now i cant find it and i that was the oonly way i could figure out how to make myself start in the air wihout typing things. It also had the option of what type of rank and things like that. Does anyone know where it is? Its pretty old though

I think all you need to do is change the editor to advanced mode - in easy you can't do much
