Helicopter flight properties

Hi,
this is my first post in the ofpecforums, I started editing a few months ago. My curret project is a NH90 CSAR for the German army. The original modell was done by footmunch. Until now I completly reworked the first Lod and the Viewcargo and -pilot Lod.
But I have one problem, the heli flys like a fat bird. It is hard to control and makes sudden turns and stuff.
So where can I change the flight properties of the heli. Is there a section in the config or do I have to edit the modell itself?
