hello

when i trie to play a mission it sais i need bas opfor but isnt this included with bas tonal and i do have that
can someone help me

It is included with the Tonal download  :o

Its the BAS_OPCPP.pbo and the BAS_OPFOR.pbo

Some older missions may give that error due to a poor required addons define, so you'll have to live with it atm :-\
