Milkshape 3d problem

Ok I have a gun that I am making for a mod of mine but there is one small problem if anyone uses milkshape can you tell me why there is an area that is all black and the textures do not cover click http://menathrpg.gamingsource.co.uk/uspscreen.JPG to see a screenshot

i think it means that those vertex are at the wrong side , turn them around and they will be white again

No That didnt work but does anyone have any Idea even afte rI register my Milkshape 3d multiplate times it still gives me the error that I registered after it was expired and Now I cant save my work anymore.
