Required version for addons

Some of the addons available for download are unavailable for 1.46 users, and are meant for resistance. I have no problem with this, but when I download addons, I always check the required version. Some of the downloads have this message

 "Required OFP version: Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /usr/local/www/ofpec/addons_depot/index.php on line 62"

Can you please tell me what it means and if I can download it as a 1.46 user?

If it's modern or looks really good, than it requires Resistance .

I'd recommend checking out OFP.INFO, it labels the requirements fairly well. Though, as I remember, the excellent HK pack would run with 1.46, but you'd have some texture problems.
