Will the WRPTool be out soon?

Great pictues and all other things, it must have been a hard work, but i would like to know is the WRPTool coming out in public soon or at all :) It looks very useful and practical

I downloaded it as soon as i saw it, now i'm reading tutorials! Great stuff! Thanks for the links anyway! Hope you'll see my island finished sooner now (if i ever finish it, btw). ;D
