Nameing parts for soldier

i am making a soldier in oxygen and i dont know what to call the arms and legs and other stuff maybe someone could tell me or point me to a tutorial or somthing :P

You can help yourself by opening the soldier .p3ds from the original
demo. They are MLOD, so O2 can open them. All the info you need
is right there.
