Am I allowed to link directly to addon pages within OFPEC from my website? ;)

Nope. Its called leeching, and we very much disapprove of it.

So what way can I mention the addons etc and have my visitor get to them?

Linking to the Depot pages from your site is perfectly fine and we encourage that as it also provides visibility for the Depot. :D
