lol I doubt it ... there are no objective criteria for measuring a mission.   Unless you mean making a mission with specific parameters against the clock.

In any case I suppose you could say that the review system is a sort of competition, since we do award scores.  

The larger question that you're getting at is "which is the best mission" and in the final analysis that is simply a matter of opinion.
