hello when i try to make a pic to add to my post it says too larg please
resise to 84x84  :( well i dont know how to resise somting on the internet
and most pics on the internet are much larger.

U have to resize it in a program. Like Photoshop.

You'll more than likely just have to host your own pic..

if you just used someone elses from the internet they would likely hunt you down for the  bandwidth you're using of theirs ;)
