How do I add spawn killers death script?

Ive seen it on a few maps now, how do I make a person die who has just shot somebody in the opponents spawn area?

Well.... This could be done in a couple of ways... Add an eventhandler to all the units and execute a script that check who was killed and where by whom from where.
