I've got the OFPEC blood addon, which is good, but alot of missions Vietnam missions for instance would gain alot from gore addons, Im not talking like bone coming through skin,  ;)  brains and stuff everywhere, I mean like blood spraying up depending where you hit them. Like say a sniper hits you on the shoulder near the neck part. The Lats! Thats the word, blood sprays up, like GTA3 and Vice City but not as exaggerated  ::) a little spray up. And maybe a bit more like Ghost Recon, when the bloody splicing around (Just made splicing up  ;D ) maybe some alterations to the OFPEC Blood addon ???
