Cool, could have a better texture, but cool nonetheless. :)

too small, too ugly, too sensitive maneuverability

sorry but this is one of the worst add ons I've ever seen. I couldn't find anything good at it.

Are you kidding Donnervogel, its great, a little powerfull and ugly but still great. No doubt there will be at least 2 different textures of it with in a couple of days. USAF and RAF versions would be good but a gunship variation would be best. ;D

? Whats good about it?
Maneuverability is a big joke. It's like flying the chessna.
Textures are bad and the model is bad too.
The whole plane is far too small. Just get out and stand on the side and look at it from 3rd person.
There are textures missing in the cockpit.

Oooops...have posted a comment in the "Pre 1985" threat...lucky that nobody posted something so I could delete the whole topic.

But wasn't the C-130 established before 1985 or why is it in this topic!?!

OK, I also think it's a lil to small (scale 1/1.5 or so...) but it's flight physics are quite ok and the cargospace looks also great!

It's only version 1 so there should be a new one in the future...a lil' resizing and it's quite perfect!

And as said it's a beginning...

I love it. One of the things I dont like (Not Adammos fault) is that you cant adjust the flight altitude of planes so the whole time planes are flying way to low. I think we should offer the fix to BIS but its probably already been done and there is probably a good explanation on why we cant set the height of planes.

good job on the c-130. it works fine with me, but i only have a one observation. the flight mechanics are pretty good, but i think that it turns to the left or the right a bit too much when flying in a straight line. also, i was wondering if you plan on having a version with the c-130 having an all grey color to go along with the camo version? all in all, i thought you did a good job, especially with the open side door and all the paras go out that door on a drop, but is there a way to view the open door from the outside of the aircraft (when using the third person button or as a unit on the ground with binos, the side door is closed)?

Its a good job.  Thanks for the C-130.  I hate to say anything I found strange, but when you put yourself incargo, it puts in the the second set upfront.  To get around this you have to add another crewman and group it to the plane.  The sound is a little weak for a C-130 (spent lots of hours in them) loud and multi-engine.  Sounds like the cessna engine.  But overall a great job.  For sure a good building block to start from.

overall great addon dude...my only request would be a reskinning maybe all gray like current C-130s oh and yeah, maybe adding a gunner(with no firing ability of course)  to occupy the second seat so passengers always start in the cargo area. Again great job on a much wanted addon

I measured the c130 in ofp....... 33 meter wingspan, 24 meters nose to tail as compared to 40 meters and 30 meters on the real thing.  What I ant to see are refueling baskets on the wings so I can refuel the rotorcraft in flight ;)

I've downloaded the C 130 Hercules, and the model seems great to me, the only problem is indeed the size, it should be bigger, this was one of my most wanted planes in the game, and I don't consider it a dispointment, indeed the textures are a little bit weird, but I supose this is version 1.0 I'm sure a lot will be improoved, so far so good  :D
