I'm quite imbarrased asking such a simple question but the little problem has me baffeled!

How the heck do you assign a face you downloaded to one of your soldiers in ur mission??! I remeber the command is:

this setFace "face.jpg"

that's it isn't it? why doesn't it work for me? I have the jpg in my mission's ffolder. What Am I doing wrong?? Please help me!!! AHHHH!
