Killing the power
« on: 11 Jun 2003, 01:05:23 »
I've got an idea for a Black Ops mission that is dependent on finding a way to kill the power going into a town- by destroying a building or hitting a switch. This would make the town dark and stop the alarm from going off.
The only thing is that I have no idea how to make this happen. Any suggestions?

Well you could locate the ID's of each light in town and then create a trigger so when you hit it, lets say using a radio command all the lights would turn off.

I believe this question was asked before.... run a search and think you will come across it.

The latest Barracken release has a buidling that controls the power in a town. There is a demo mission that show how this works.

I'll give it a go. I'm not exactly gifted with using scripts, but it sounds like it's what I'm after.
