Replace .wav with .ogg ? <->
« on: 29 May 2003, 13:39:48 »
I just reinstalled OFP and all, got the main editing packages etc,
but I can't get the .ogg files to act like they previously did:

Do not open with anything, and have a green "ogg-snake-caveman" icon.

Now my ogg's open with winamp, which is something I want to disable, and don't have a seperate icon.

Step by step win98 environmental setting help please?
Folder settings->new file type-> ?

Or what ?...

 ???

Try
Winamp -> Options -> Preferences -> Setup -> File types -> And remove the .ogg extension from the list if it's there.
Not all is lost.

Well thank you old, charming looking man with a nice greywhite beard...

But how do i change the icon for my *.ogg files now?
I thought it's done like:

i go to explorer, folder/where my ogg is, open settings > show filetypes >

but i cant find any ogg there... :P
