I know this has been said over and over again, but you need to set your LOD to 0.005 (As far to the right as it will go), this SHOULD slove those problems - if not I dont know  ;)

Do this by going into the operation flashpoint preferences in the start menu, click on advanced and then details tab (top right), the lod bars are at the bottom.
