I've got many authentic transmission records, I would like to convert few parts of them in .ogg, but I'm not native english language so I don't understand them specially with background interference and specific vocabulary used by army.
The files provide from Vietnam war, but they can be use for any conflict.
The job is to mark and transcribe (write) in english few interesting parts from the records. By "interesting" I mean generalistic quote that could be used for build any mission (too accurate information is useless).
So if you help me to localize parts I could capture sounds and converts them in .ogg, then I will put in my website for download
