Spike strip or Caltrops

could someone make one of these by chance they wouldnt be terribly hard.....scripting i dunno about but basically they would either render a person unable to walk or blow a cars tires

The only way that I am aware of to blow out tires is to damage the vehicle.  If you wanted to make a set of spike strips, just create a trigger over the roadway that would set the damage of the car in question to give the blown tires effect.  You'll kill the car too, but in reality, when you spike a car, chances are the engine is gonna go soon anyway.

What about checking if it's an AI car, and setfuel it down to nothing?
That'll stop it, and play a tire pop sound..?

im not necessarily looking for uncontrolled driving more for maybe a small explosion because a pistol can pop the tries without damaging the rest of the vehicle  im not sure what to use and also a pistol can take the legs out of a person so he cant walk as the caltrops can do
