Amphibous Transport

Elow , is there an amphibous transport addon out there that can really move from water to land terrain? for us computer jar heads. the zodiac boat addon is nice, but it keeps flying once it reaches land, making rapid depolyment difficult if not awkwardly comic. (the zodiac keeps tumbling).

There Was an AAV7 Marine Amphibious APC, but it doesn't work with any version above 1.46. I wish someone would make another one. The M113 works, but is a bit slow and, who would REALLY use a Gavin to do an amphib invasion

Yes a AAV7 is a must. Someone was making a 'real' one but I lost track.

Anyone know of AAV7 progress?

Tales of War made a basic one for their marines... then there was mention of making a new one.... but havnt seen much since.

Argentinians used the LVTP-7 in the Falklands in 1982. Our mod has one made.

i've heard rumours of you RAC nuts floating your warriors, i didn't think it was possible but maybe i'm wrong...

the BTR70 is pretty sexy, you can sit outside it and get shot :)

Erm Mav the RAC dont have Warriors. Warriors are for grunts and arty!

What is a MUST in my opinion is an LCAC (Landing Craft Air Cushioned) using a "Lock Cargo" feature that would be similiar to BAS's MH-47E.



I know DKM Mod has stated that they will make a LCAC but I'm not sure if there plans have fallen through or if they just havent gotten to it yet.  :-\

No don't think they are. Would you take a Warrior up against a T90 or a Challenger 2?
