BAS delta's radio convert to bergen??

could someone convert the radio in the BAS delta's into a bergen ?

a bergen would be useful i think

any suggestions or thoughts ?

Hey that's a damn good idea then you could put the bugger down too. Plus it would cut down on models in a soldier pack because you wouldn't need a bergen version of any soldiers, hmmm the possibilities. So how does this work BAS? We want to know

i'm glad someone else thinks it a good idea

i doubt it would be that hard, you could have a small bergen for recce mission and a larger one for when your out on a long patrol or tabbing covering major ground.

i personally would like one done in olive green or british cammo

Well I will be adding a similar feature the next version of the ADF Mod soldier packs now, I think this is brilliant Once I have finished them I'd be happy to let someone retexture them for different nations militaries

Just some info for you guys:

The Radio is configured like a LAW Launcher, so if you configure a bergen to act like this you will not be able to carry a secondary weapon at the same time (you could however code it into the bergen - the same way as you add weapons and ammo to the ammo crates)

So basically, you just model it onto the soldiers back (so it fits - then delete the soldier leaving just the bergen in the p3d) and code it like a law... (just without the ability to fire and so on)

rucksack, or backpack, large bag that is placed on the soldiers back and carries all his supplies (that arent in his webbing), can end up weighing nearly as much as the soldier....

great looking bergen registered_fugitiv, i would like it to restrict movement to only walking (no running whilst having the bergen on)

IÂ've wanted a bergen for a long time. I play alot of recon and s&d missions.
But I cant (time and knowledge..) make one myself so PLEASE someone make a bergen that you can carry extra ammo and weapons. It would be nice if you couldnt run while carrying it.

I now have a bergen thanx to registered_fugitiv, but it doesnt yet have the textures i would like on it, and it doesn't yet have a script to enable you to carry extra ammo or weapons. I could easily make a script, but i'm trying to get Snypir to make a dialog for it. i'll post a pic of what i have later tonight or tomorrow.

I'm wondering if anyone would like to give it a try to convert the bergen i have into something more useable.

i would like to modify the shape and add a few details here and there, but i dont know how to use O2.
