pick up by choppers???? how???

i need help i have tryd most of the ways in which to pick up people from the ground and whisk them away but the pilot always gets out engine stops then i board, pilot gets in turns engine on then flys away!!
how do i make it land pilot does not get out! engine does not turn of! and every body loads up and chopper leaves pls help my

use the land command,

heli land "GET IN" or heli land "GET OUT

or use 2 waypoints one for the chopper with "load" and one for the team with "get in". Then just Sinchronize, %$#@ how do u spell that :/, them.
