ags_build r2 might be Agent Smiths latest building addon. you can get it at http://www.ofpmatch.com/ either by itself or with my island Olafsland ver 1.0

Uce-rusomoncovertop is one of my favourites creations from UCE. UCE created various and really good  soldier addons and a east weapons pack to go with it. If you look in the addons section you'll find lots of UCEs addons and one of them is call UCEs Russian OMON units or something like that.
 The OMON are the Russian SWATs, as I been told.
