Yes, generally. Arma 2 uses the same script engine as OFP, and all the commands (AFAIK) still exist. That said, Arma 2 prefers the .sqf format over the .sqs format. But yes, in principle. That said, there is probably a ready-made Arma 2 resource for every OFP one, so you should be able to find the equivalent scripts optimized for Arma 2
