Self-update of ed depot resources now possible

Hi dudes!

As you should all now know, you can upload new resources (tools, snippets and tutorials) to the editors depot.

Previously however, once you uploaded something you could not modify it. This meant that new versions had to be manually uploaded and the old one deleted. Not anymore, however.

You can now modify resources that you have uploaded by clicking on the 'modify' icon when viewing the resource.

This will take you to the 'modify resource' page where you can upload a new file or screenshot, and also update various parts of the submission.

When done, simply click 'update' at the bottom of the page.

Note that files are backed up, and when you upload a new file over an old one the old file will be saved (and you will be informed of where the backup file resides).
