muiltiple trigger activation

hi im trying to make it so wen 2 triggers have been activated simulatously another one activates.

i have had a go at this by adding the name of the frist 2 triggers into the last one i want to activate so .... "condtion: died1 and died2"... but nothing happens wen the frist 2 has been activated..  :(


any ideas on getting this to work?
