Well, while a lot of the games will be Co-OP, there will be some PvP. The reason I picked a txt file is that it is the easiest way to copy and store information. While a "screen" would work, I am trying to get "on the fly status" in game, as this can be cut and pasted onto the report form on site. Here is an example of what I am trying to create (copy from Falcon 4 debrief);

FLIGHT EVENTS
Event Wallbanger joined as Cowboy11 at 18:58:05
Event Stern joined as Cowboy13 at 18:58:06
Event Sword joined as Cowboy12 at 18:58:06
Event ADM Clash joined as Cowboy14 at 19:09:09
Event R-40TD launched at Stern 19:26:58
Event R-40TD launched at Wallbanger 19:27:12
Event Yugoslavian MiG-25 downed by Stern at 19:27:45
Event R-40TD launched at Stern 19:28:59
Event Yugoslavian MiG-25 downed by Sword at 19:29:01
Event Yugoslavian MiG-25 downed by Stern at 19:29:38
Event Yugoslavian MiG-25 downed by Sword at 19:29:55
Event SA2 launched at ADM Clash 19:30:53
Event SA2 launched at ADM Clash 19:31:13 .....

While I dont need to make the detail as high as above, I do want to record kills as they happen, like;

12:20 - Player #1 killed AI #x
12:23 - Player #1 was killed by AI#x
12:24 - Player #2 killed Player #3 - FF kill

This is basically what Im trying to create. As for scoring, the game scoring is something I dont care about, as we set our own values for items.

Now, so far I have been able to pull this info from the game via sqs scripting, and if I can ever get Armalib working, then I will have a copy somehwere (if armalib does save it to a file on the hard drive, and not just hold it in game memory). The one stubling block (aside from armalib) is that while I (server) can see the messages of who shot who, not other players see it. Seems that the scripting only wants to run on my machine, and thats something im still working on.
