Help needed with characters.pbo and weap config

Hi,i can't make this pbo to work after repacking(others do work).So,what should i do?I have depboe'd with eliteness and tried to pack with eliteness and cpbo,but nope. I can't make binpbo to work also(win xp sp2),it says something about configuration!! Second thing is i can't make Ak74's to accept Burst mode.???>:(
