Chain of Commands Network Services 2 (rare) CoC NS2

Oddly enough, this important piece of software (version 2) has become hard to find. I got this copy from CrashDome along with a draft of a tutorial he wrote. Also packed is General Barron's Voting Admin Console, which is a working example of using CoC NS2.

You know, if you were still on the staff you'd be able to do this shit yourself instead of having to wait for a very time-poor member of staff to finally get around to it.
