Creating triggers with scripts

Okay, I do not know if it is really "General scripting", but let's try.
A trigger can be activated with a radio message. Okay ? You can "hide" a radio message so that it does not appear at the begining of the game and then later on "unhide" this radio message. Great.
Now let's imagine you have eight triggers each affected to a particular radio message (hte maximum is 8 radio messages correct ?). And now imagine you need an extra radio message because, let's say, a particular condition or situation happens in the game. So far so good. But you want to create dynamically a trigger and affect a radio message to it using script.
Well, okay. A bit complex. But  is it possible ??
You can create waypoints dynamically, right ? So why not creating Triggers dynamically  :-\
