west soldiers on east and resistance side

Is there a command or script i can use to put west soldiers on the east and resistance side? for example americans vs americans vs americans.

I no you can group west soldiers to a east soldier, but i dont want the group leader to be a russain

Its just a map i want to make for the clan im in. There are 3 sqauds in our clan at the moment and we like to be as realistic as possible, using communication on teamspeak and tactics, so it would test us alot, knowing where we are at all times and moving as a team.

You don't need to have the east officer leading them.

All you need to do is group the west soldiers to an east officer, then, either put 'deletevehicle this' in the east officers init field or set his probability of presence to zero.

The west soldiers will appear in game and will think they are east soldiers, the east officer will not be present.
