Server Activity and Addon/File Compare and Sort, Any good ones around?

Just been looking around for a detailed server stats system,  I have OFP Query 205 but unsure if its going to do what I want.

I wish to make a log for a week or more period of the number of players player and at what times (bar chart?), basicly a activity log with details so that other players can get a good idea of the best times to play.

Any suggestions?

Second was I have been pondering if there is any recommendations on good addon file compare programs that you can setup a template for so that it checks for crc errors and will list addons that shouldn't be there (exp when a player puts all addons into one folder "is common" ) So in other words a decent addon sorting tool.

I have tried to look for these before hand without any real success, so I hope some friendly people can make some suggestions. Cheers.
