Soldiers firing out of Vehicles

Is it possible to make an addon , that the soldiers in the Cargo could firing out of the Chopper or other verhicles like a Jeep?

Or what about an Addon that Soldiers use curtain fire . Now is it that almost every shoot hits , i think curtain fire make the game more realistic than it already is.

but think that is not possible.... was only an idea
