Hows about a mission where you ride in a convoy that's protecting a US advisor or something and your a civvie with a HK and basically the mission turns into a protect the advisor and you must shelter him to safety. The mission could have many unexpected twists. Of course the enemy has to attack the convoy first, maybe a satchel on leading vehicle or machine gun fire.

( My idea is so vague currently since i gotta go in crap two minutes bye! :cheers:)

Hmmm I was thinking of something like that not too long ago...

You could turn this into a whole campaign...you're a Blackwater employee and you're tasked with protecting VIPs, escorting convoys, stuff like that.

Blackwater is a private security firm made up of mostly ex-special forces guys - they get hired out for lots of stuff, including work in Iraq...unfortunately the four Americans killed in Fallujah not too long ago were all Blackwater employees.

Well, at least something like that....might be a little touchy to jump on that idea so soon :-\

Yeah true I might lay off my mission then for a while... :(

It would be a fun campaign and I wouldn't have any bloodthirsty mobs running around niether. >:(

Anyways I revive this later, kinda to soon methinks.

Hey guys i have an idea for a mission,

It starts off as the player being the lowest member of a Mercenary group, whom fights for whoever pays the highest price. The Player has to do missions such as,
Infiltration
Full out battles  :gunman: (cool)
Recon
Flash attacks on enemy camps :gunman: ...  :o :o
Set up Forward Op Centres  >:( (dont no y??)
Protect/Kill High ranking Officers  8)
Protect Convoys
etc (cant think of any more  ???)


The Player has to work his way up thru the ranks until he is the leader of the mercenary group (something can happen to the current leader), it wud have to take place across a couple of missions tho  :(

Give me sum feedbak as this is my 1st post!!!

Mercenaries sounds good but has been done before.
Do it right and walla an outstanding mission/campaign. All mercenary stuff I've seen is errrrr :-\.

I like the rank thing too.

If I was machine like I could put out more mission based on all ideas here in mission ideas, but I usually only work on missions I like, feel like working on, or "should" be an original kick ass idea.

If I'm tired, nothing gets done. A dude, a trigger, and an empty vehicle is all that's on the map.
Save it as super firefight. :D

So someone should do a mercenary campaign though, a good one. I don't feel like making one myself right now.
(Damn I'm lazy) ;D

I havnt got resistance yet  :(, but thats not the point, what my idea is, is imporntant!  8)

Right cuttin to the chace :

The player is a member of a militia at a town/city/village , there job is to protect the village at all costs from attack. The player will be tasked with multiple missions such as:

Patrol
Recon of enemy positions
planting mines, and mine detecting

and some from 1 of my earlier posts  ;)

All these are un-predictable, like a DYNAMIC CAMPAIGN (dont know if you can get them on Opflash??? )
