Vehicle accessable after condition ONLY
« on: 14 Jun 2004, 15:09:03 »
Hiho, I want to make a vehicle accessable after a special condition has turned true. Its an escape vehicle and it woulda be stupid to escape b4 objectives done. So I would like to make it only accessable after condition is done.

Maybe a spawn when condition is done would do the job too.

Or use the good old lock command. Lock the vehicle in editor and when you're turning that 'special condition' to true use the unitname lock false to unlock the vehicle.

Or, leave it unlocked and use a trigger to detect if the vehicle is driven away before the Objective is complete.   If it is, end the mission with a little cutscene showing the player being shot for cowardice.
Plenty of reviewed ArmA missions for you to play
