Try putting the options down (Like I managed to get Cessna fun to run fine with the options turn way down, unlike before they walked about 10m after I let go of W ::))

I had the same error (BIS_resistance missing)
So I put all the addons in a mod folder, and moved some I knew exactly what they were (BAS, CoC and SebNAM stuff, among other stuff)

Then slowy moved other stuff back to Addons dir.. I didn't move stuff I never used.. And everything works fine now!

I reinstalled, but that didn't help, thats why I did the addon moving

Glad to head you've fixed the error though
