 I dont know were to post this.   but how do you put a pic in your profile   plz help

 You have to upload  it to some webspace that allows direct linking of photos, and then put the link to it in your profile

www.freewebs.com - Upload the pic there or just do as Kali says. If you want to maybe find a webhost that suits you the best, just go to http://www.freewebspace.net/

I'm assuming Kali's not willing to host images for every person here on the forums... so heres a couple of reliable (so far) imagehosts for ya all:

I'm currently using this one... but I've only tested it for a while, and it requires registration and that you visit atleast once a month, othervise your account will be deleted.

Here's another one that I stumbled upon when searching google. Registration is reqiered and they only accept JPG's.
