Cant find OFP Cool Studio

Can anyone help me find OFP Cool Studio edit?not sure, but the url is probably broken or doesnt exist anymore.

Oh wow,!thanks bro.It finally downloaded.I dont why  it didnt earlier, I guess my freinds coection was 56k.But I wonder if N Track Studio will work when editing sounds.hmm......
