one of the OFP sites had a custom ak pack on it which had a silenced ak
a couple of the spec op russian addon packs had silenced aks as well one had a silent grenade launcher

Just to be a geek...

You can't silence a high velocity rifle (which I would imagine the AK74 is) because if the muzzle velocity (speed of the bullet when it comes out of the gun) is supersonic, it makes a sonic boom which is as loud as the gun firing and which can't be muffled by a silencer.

There may be a less powerful version of the weapon with a slower firing rate (anyone know?).

You can silence silence a high velocity rifle. The suppresor might be too large and heavy to be worth it. Example the 50. caliber sniper rifle used by the US military. It has a sound suppression kit, but it way several pounds.

There is a Silenced version of the AK47 is circulation however it is not legal in the states as are 93% silenced weapons in 43 states , the modified AK47 doesnt really drop pff too much from its parent , it weights 4600 g's(without Magazine) has a firing rande of 1350 m (wich is only 150 less then origanal) and rate of fire of 480 rds per minute wich is the only considerable drop seeing how it orgianally is 600+ pending modifactions. It was first introduced in Bosnia in 1983 but grew out of circulation soon after , it came back on the market in the early 90's thanks to RUSSIA, however i might usefull to note that that this modifaction cannot be changed meaning the silncer is nto interchangeable it is built on and stays on. Now on the surfice you might ask why wouldnt such a lethal weapon be more pronouned(as i did) well it simple its so fucking big
all the extra weight is in the front wich off balnces it , and its an extra 7 inches long making it damn near 3 and a half feet long , wich makes for a big bulky weapon

oh but the ak-101 has an interchange able silncer add on. Just for the record but scence you cant take off your silncer in OFP it dont really matter so just make the silenced AK47 if you want pics of it J just email me.

 If you pass the course you can carry concealed silenced weapons here in Arizona

 My friend who is an air marshall told me that when he was taking his course the instructor was telling him about a 60yr old man here who uses his silenced MP5 to shoot rabbits that come on his property
