Evis is right, the SEAL's were inserted by an H-3 Pelican(Jolly Green Giant). It is part of the Sea King family, same nose and stuff, just that the H-3 JGG had the rear ramp, different landing gear config, etc. Used mostly by the Chair Force, I mean Air Force, during Vietnam for SAR missions. Eventually the H-3's were replaced in the Air Force by the H-53 SUPER Jolly Green Giant for the SAR role. The Coasties also flew the Pelicans, one if its unique qualities was to actually set down in the water.

Vyper: It was not an MH-53J Pave Low III helo, the film would have required DoD cooperation in the making of the film which it did not because of the plot line of a rogue Marine general blackmailing the gov't. Also, another big give away that they had not US Military help was that the F/A-18's used to bomb the Rock were piloted by US Air Force pilots  ;). So sorry buddy, it was the H-3 Pelican/Jolly Green Giant variant of helo.

Well, its like someone calling driving a car 'motorcycling', they are both modes of transport and have engines yet are totally different things and mixing the two up is a huge mistake.

He he. This is funny. I just opened up the cutscene in mission editor from the 1985 campaign where the blackops take off in the UH-60, and the name of the two blackops that were with gastovski were conery and cage. Talk about The Rock.  ::) lol
