Right, did a quick look-around.
Seems as if either OFPEC, YaBBSE or both dislike freewebs ;)
What happens is the OFPEC URL is tagged into the beginning of the real URL, creating the bugged version.
How are you defining the URL btw?

www.blahdidid

or

http://www.bladdidi

I suspect it might be a bad case of lack-of-http-prefixitis going around, and chances are YaBBSE poops on you for that.
If you didn't add http://, try doing it and see if it solves it.

No, thats not the problem. What I mean is for some reason YaBBse corrupts the link. Okay, example:

Wen I did my signature and put in my website address as www.freewebs.com/camp_kill_yourself and then for some reason when I go to access my homepage and the address is www.ofpec.com/yabbse/www.freewebs.com/camp_kill_yourself

I thought I'd better report the problem, as I had experienced it on the Intel Depot with a link as well

I'll bet it's freewebs causing the problem. My sig has a link too, but it takes to the place that it's supposed to. And for example freewebs doesn't (at least didn't some time ago) allow mirror linking.. so I'm figuring this is something caused by some security/access settings at freewebs  :P :-X

I fixed it. The person who posted this news didn't format his url properly, and the person who unpended it (**cough cough  Asmodeus***) didn't check to make sure the links worked.

      ::)
