It isnt in BAS Special Ops - Vehicles it should show up under BAS - Vehicles along with the bikes and kiowa's. The BAS Special Ops - Vehicles only contain the littlebirds I think from memory.

if you tell it to do a fast insertion then the heli flys off about half a km in some direction after unloading
