Linux - Custom MP Maps Wont Load

Has anyone else found out about this kinda issue.

The map works Fine on Testing on a Win32 System but the minute its moved to Linux the Map wont Load. No errors, it just finds another map to load.

Can anyone shed anylight.

I am using thw 1.91 vers and the Server is 1.9...
