Computer needs?

To run Operation Flashpoint Resistance "smoothly" at 1024, full detail, distance (5000), 64x12x3 (max groups in mission editor) etc etc. What computer needs would be excellent?

Pentium 6 7.6ghz  :)
with a hell of a lot of ram, a nice graphics card and a fast hardrive
Or u could buy dual or quadtruple processors and a dual graphics cards + a lot if stuff even then there might be lag
