What does everyone think? With the new animations, it SHOULD be possible. Either that or a Canoe, but a large one to carry passangers and equipment, SBS/ US Navy Seals style, silently onto a coast........
Certainly scope for mission making with them...

Yes it would, i would liek to see some small inflatable boats, aswell as covert insertions like you suggest, what if we had one so that every time you parachute over water you wouldnt die,as you are just about to hit the water surface  you would appear in a small inflatable emergency boat and could paddle to shore to resume your mission, just suffer the embarasment of being shot down and not killed. It ticks me off we cant swim in water and its always been the case to avoid the water wherever possible unless in a OFP modelled boat for insertion or extraction.

Thats another application, I suppose. Its the rowing animation thats the tricky bit, I suppose. Animators, get animating....
